Challenge 6 - Sketch!

Well it is time for another challenge here at Creative Inspirations, and this week I have created a sketch for you all to use! But first of let me announce the winner of last weeks prize donated kindly from the Hobby House :-

Here is the sketch I have created for you to use, now you can use any amount of embellishments you would like so long as the layout shown on the sketch is the same.
